For your comfort and safety, Creations & Collections uses secure server technology (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) to virtually eliminate the risk of an unwanted intermediary obtaining your credit card information during transmission. SSL is the standard in secure Web transactions and is the best technology available today.

We’ve been selling collectibles on the Web for many years, and there have been no reported cases of credit card fraud resulting from a transaction made on this site. We are confident in the safety and security of ordering online by credit card.

Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer and newer versions of the AOL browser support the technology, but other browsers may also support it. Information on how to activate secure mode is available when you check out your items from this site.

What if I don’t want to pay by credit card?

If you prefer to order by mail you may do so by first completing your order on the web site, then click on the "check out" button; this will bring you first to the shipping page and then to the billing information page. After completing the information on these pages, print both pages and mail them with a check, money order or your credit card information to:

Shopping and Checkout Questions


How do I shop on this site?

For your shopping convenience, we use what's called a "shopping cart" to help you order online. This shopping cart works just the same as a real shopping cart -- it collects items you want to purchase until it's checkout time!

Simply browse the store and when you want to purchase an item, just click "order" and that item is added to your cart. After ordering each item, you'll be given a "view order" screen that displays your items as well as a subtotal. When you are finished shopping, click "checkout" (a link on "view order" screen) and follow the easy steps from there.

How do I change quantities?

When you click "order", one of the selected item is added to your shopping cart. If you want more than one, simply adjust the quantity on the "view order" screen (that loads directly after clicking the "order" button), and click the "update" button. If you ever want to remove an item from your cart, just enter "0" in the quantity field, then click the "update" button.

What credit cards do you accept?

Creations and Collections accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for on-line purchases. We also accept Check and Money Orders for orders by mail.

Can I order your personalized items on the site?

Yes, you can! Order the personalized items, and you will be prompted to enter personalized or customized information (name, coat of arms, etc.) when you get to the checkout screen. Your personalized information will be summarized on your order receipt.

How do I order multiples of the same personalized item (with different names)?

When you get to the desired personalized item's detail page, click "order". On the following screen you can change the quantity for that item. Then, when you get to checkout you will be prompted for personalized information. Go ahead and enter all of the names you want for that item in that space. If you have any additional instructions for us, include them in the "Order Comments" section of the checkout form. back to top »


What does it mean when an item is "Shipped Free?"

Since our shipping costs are based on the total cost of your order, "shipped free" means that the price of that item won't be factored into your shipping charge. If you order only items shipped free, your shipping charge will be 0. Free shipping on these items only applies to standard shipping.

Can you bill me and send my gift to a different address (gift)?

Absolutely! On the checkout form there is space for you to enter a shipping address that can be different from the billing address (your own). You might also like to know we will include a FREE gift card using your text, upon request. Click for more information.

What if prices are incorrect?

All purchases are subject to current catalog/website pricing. The company reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that might occur in the production of emails, banners and website. Should an error occur in pricing, the customer shall have the option of paying the correct price less 10%* or receive a full refund.

*Items with MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) will not qualify for the discount.

Trouble and Technical Questions


I’m having trouble placing an order, what’s the problem?

If you have ordered items but still get a screen saying you have not, most likely the cookies on your browser are disabled. This site needs to set cookies to track your order, and they are used only for that purpose. How to enable cookies is different for each browser. For Internet Explorer, go "Tools-->Internet Options-->Security" and make sure the slider bar is medium or below. Or, check your browser’s "Help" file on how to enable cookies.
