Your satisfaction is very important to us. For your convenience we have provided a Return Merchandise Form that is located on your invoice copy. Completing this form and following the return procedures will help ensure quick processing of your returning merchandise. Damaged Merchandise:

  1. Please keep all wrapping materials including interior and exterior containers.
  2. Call one of our Customer Service Representatives toll free at 1-800-575-9255. Our Customer Service Representatives are available 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. C.S.T. Monday-Friday or Saturday-Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. to assist you.

General Instructions:

  1. Complete the Return Merchandise Form enclosed in your package.
  2. Use the perforated Return Shipping Label (provided on your invoice) to address your package.
  3. Securely wrap and send your return prepaid via insured mail or U.P.S. (Sorry, we cannot accept: C.O.D or collect shipments.)
  4. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for us to process your exchange order.
