Important: If you chose Standard Shipping (Super Saver) at checkout, FedEx tracking will show packages have been delivered once they arrive at your local post office. Please allow 3-4 additional days for the Post Office to deliver your order to your home or office.

- In-stock items will be shipped FedEx or USPS from our warehouse and will typically arrive in 7-10 business days from the day the order ships. Most orders are processed and ship within 24 TO 48 hours of receipt.
- In stock Personalized Items typically take one extra day for processing.
- Items that ship separately (directly from our vendors) take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
- Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges and shipping time.
- Orders placed before 11:30 AM Central Time will ship the same day with a deliver date of 2 business days for In-Stock items. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. A street address is required (not a PO Box).

Additional Shipping Information
Delivery Dates are quoted in business days, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not included. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders that have shipping upgrades to Priority, 2-Day, and Overnight usually process within 12-24 hours depending on the time the order is placed.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Standard delivery: 7-10 business days, use chart above.
Weekend Orders If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday it is processed on Monday and typically shipped within 24 hours.
* Personalized items are shipped separately and may require 1-4 weeks to ship. Express Shipping is not available for these items. Any drop ships going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping. Can not ship to International Addresses.
Shipping Charges are for each address shipped to and include packing, insurance and delivery.
Super Saver Shipping will be delivered within 7-10 business days form the time it ships, excluding personalized items, drop-ship items, and back ordered items. The package usually delivers by USPS.

Returns
Damaged Merchandise:
If merchandise is received damaged, you have 5 days from the date of receipt to file a damage claim. Please keep all wrapping materials including interior and exterior containers. If items are damaged, notify us immediately.
Merchandise Return Policy
Creations and Collections is currently holding a closeout sale, and all purchases are considered final. We understand that occasionally a return may be necessary.
We accept returns for store credit only within 10 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
To qualify for store credit, items must be shipped prepaid to the address listed at the bottom of this page.
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued minus original shipping and handling charges. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing, as timelines may vary depending on the season.
Customized and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Return Instructions:
1. Complete Return Merchandise Form and enclose in package.
2. Use the Return Shipping Label provided to address your package.
3. Please provide a daytime phone.
4. Securely wrap and send your return PREPAID to address below.
(Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.) DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN VIA AN EXPRESS SERVICE REGARDLESS OF THE REASON WHY YOU ARE RETURNING THE ITEM. YOUR SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REIMBURSABLE.
